Ever wonder why we give you a call before you come in? It’s not just to confirm your appointment! We want to make your experience as personal and comfortable as possible from the very beginning.

A quick conversation gives us the opportunity to personally connect with you, answer any questions, and hopefully help ease some of those pre-appointment nerves.

2. We want to hear your love story!
Tell us how you met your fiancé, how you got engaged, and how wedding planning is going! These little details help us get to know the bride behind the appointment.

3. We want to understand your vision.
What are you picturing for your wedding day? Have you been shopping before, or is this your very first bridal appointment? Knowing this helps us tailor the appointment to your experience level and comfort zone.

4. We want to explain our process.
Trying on wedding gowns can be a completely new experience! We want to walk you through what to expect, including how we assist you in and out of gowns. Our process is designed to help you feel comfortable while also protecting you and the gowns throughout your appointment.
